Offender Name Search Criteria
The NSOPW results are pulled directly from the individual states and should match the results you would see if you searched each state individually. It depends on the jurisdiction being searched, as to how they handle the searching criteria.
NSOPW only sends the jurisdiction the search parameters, and they give us back the results based on how their system handles those parameters.
To be safe, it’s best to do multiple searches with the different names.
