National Database
Unfortunately, there is not a single national database for sex offenders. The NSOPW site is essentially a search engine that interfaces with the various state, tribal and territory sex offender registry databases when a search is run – usually via web services. There is also no published API to allow searches to be done programmatically.
Because there is not a centralized database of the offenders, to get the information you are looking for you will need to contact the individual jurisdictions through their registry sites.
